All change requests for Zoom phone lines need to be submitted through the PCR-360 Customer Center.
- Log in to Customer Center
- Click the link for Submit Request
- Enter a subject for the request
- Select an option from the "Select Topic" drop down (Changes to Zoom Phone)
- Provide details of request
- Will need FAU
- Enter your department
- Add any attachments that are necessary
- Submit the request
