Follow these steps to accept the invitation to UCLA Confluence Cloud and setup your Atlassian Account.
- Check your UNEX Email for a message from UCLA IT Services inviting you to join Confluence
- Click on “Accept Invite” within the email to open the account creation webpage as shown in the screenshot below. Your email address should be automatically filled in with your @unex.ucla.edu email address. Fill in your full name and create a strong password.
- Once you have added your full name and created a password, the system will require a verification code sent to you by email.
- Once you have put in the email verification code, you will asked to join a space. Click on “Skip” on this screen.
- Click “Search for a space” on this screen
- Choose the “UNEX Knowledge” space. Note that we have reports that this space is no visible. This step is optional and can be skipped.
- Finally, on the next screen click “Request Access”
