Issue:
Student may be reporting that the name is incorrect or that someone else's name from their organization when signing up in the training portal.
Resolution:
Only UCLA Extension Enrollment team members have the capability to make updates to student profiles. The team member should contact the student and validate the changes needed and then update the student profile.
